Itty Bitty Daycare and Itty Bitty Agency is a privately owned Canadian corporation founded by Maji Efevwerha.
Itty Bitty has grown through a network of family and friends. While the organization may look large we are a close knit group dedicated to quality child care.
Staff
Staff members are thoroughly screened, references are checked, and they must undergo a health and physical examination. Only the most qualified, thoughtful and caring staff works at Itty Bitty. Following our careful selection process, each staff member receives training and daycare orientation before beginning work in the classroom.
Their skills and competency are evaluated on an ongoing basis. Your feedback and comments to the supervisor or director with regards to the staff are encouraged. Occasionally student volunteers will work in the daycare, under the direct supervision of a qualified staff. Their presence is a great asset to the daycare as well as valuable experience in their education.
