- As this would be an employer-employee relationship, all wages and deductions are to be provided in accordance with the
Local Labour Laws.The employer must obtain a business number from the Canada Revenue Agency.
- Employer must provide housing (room) for the caregiver and temporary health insurance until they obtain regular provincial
- Transportation (from foreign country) to work location in Canada paid for by employer.
- Need to prepare an employment contract with caregiver.
